Skilled Immigration

From 1 July 2012, the majority of visas for interested skilled immigrants are managed through SkillSelect. Pursuant to the new skilled migration system, a submission of an expression of interest (EOI) with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC), and an invitation from the Department is required in order to lodge a visa application

At HML, we provide comprehensive and personalised advices on the available migration visa options according to your circumstances, exploring strategies to assist in maximising your ‘points score’ in order to increase your opportunity in obtaining an invitation from DIAC. Upon your receiving of an invitation, we provide legal representation for your Visa application work, from forms and evidence preparations to lodgement of your application. Utilising our legal profession, we generate decision-ready submissions ensuring your application is of thorough compliance with the law.
